Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by GO GREEN GAS SERVICES LTD ( the company) , to our customers ("the Client"). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide plumbing and heating services as agreed upon in the quotation or service agreement.

2. Workmanship Warranty

The Company provides a two-year warranty on all workmanship from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects directly attributable to our work.

  • The warranty does not cover issues arising from materials supplied by the Client or misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

  • Any claims under this warranty must be submitted in writing with evidence of the defect.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Due Date: Payment is due in full within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date.
3.2 Late Payments:

  • If payment is not received within the due date, the Company reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of £60 plus VAT for each follow-up required to recover the payment.

  • Continued non-payment may result in legal action, and the Client will be liable for any associated legal fees.

4. Quotations and Estimates

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any changes to the scope of work may result in an adjustment to the quoted price.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule agreed work by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within this period may incur a charge to cover costs.

6. Liability

6.1 The Company is insured for public liability and will take reasonable care to avoid damage to property.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Any delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., supply chain issues).

  • Pre-existing faults or issues not related to our work.

  • it is the customers responsibility to make access to the work area if the customer request the enginner to move an object the company take no responsibility for any damaged caused.

7. Materials and Parts

Where materials or parts are supplied by the Company, they will be sourced from reputable suppliers and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Data Protection

The Company will handle all Client data in compliance with GDPR
